At PUMP, we value your satisfaction and take great pride in the quality of our perfumes. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our policy below:

1. Eligibility for Refunds & Returns

Refunds or returns are only accepted for items that are:

  • Damaged or defective upon arrival
  • Incorrect items delivered (wrong product or wrong size/variant)

Important: Due to hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used perfumes cannot be returned or refunded. Items must be returned in their original packaging, unused, and unopened.

2. Timeframe

You must request a refund or return within 7 days of receiving your order. Requests made after this period will not be eligible.

3. Process

  • Order number
  • Photos of the item(s) and packaging
  • Reason for return/refund

Once approved, we will provide return instructions. After we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund.

4. Refund Method

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days (processing time may vary by bank provider).

Shipping costs are non-refundable, except when the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item).

5. Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale or discounted items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

6. Shipping for Returns

Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs (unless due to our error). We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe return of the purchase.
